Room of Choice (ROC) + Threshold Request

Please use this form to submit your Room of Choice (ROC) or Threshold request on the same day you completed the delivery.

*Note that submissions received on Saturday after 4pm EST (that are not a Saturday delivery) or any time on Sunday will be automatically declined.

BEGINNING ON MAY 12, 2025: Side of the house will no longer be included for threshold requests, it will be considered curbside.

Ensure that you have completed the delivery and attached clear Proof of Delivery (POD) photos that clearly show where the order was delivered.

Requests will be processed within 72 hours of submission. You will receive an email notification once your request has been reviewed and either approved or denied. We appreciate your patience during this process.
